Two guys known as Aaron Kid and Andy Grotesque attempt to bring you a variety of sounds of Punk and Hardcore, both old and new. Generation Annihilation started as a fill-in show on CiTR during the spring of 2001 before gaining it's current time slot a year later. In the past year and a bit we've had interviews/show guest hosts with Wednesday Night Heroes, Riot 99, The Cleats, Emergency, The Templars, Joe Shithead Keithley, Knucklehead and as well as Longshot Music's Mike Thug and punk fiction writer Chris Walter. Plus a handful of punk rock enthusiasts sharing their fine music and commentary.
Some of the theme shows we've had include war, alcoholism, police brutality, X-mas tunes, short songs, Valentines Day and female vocaled punk. We're always coming up with new ideas for theme shows, and we encourage listers to phone or email us with their ideas.
We try to cover all angles in punk rock and try to stick to music that would not be normally heard on commercial radio. We urge you to check out our playlists to see what's been played.
